Shoe Tying With One Arm

Jenny

First I place one shoe lace under my foot and pull.

I make a loop still having the lace under my shoe.

Next I bring the loop behind and under the straight lace.

Then I let the straight lace out from under my shoe.

Using my pointer finger I place the loose shoe string on top of the
loop and under through the hole.

With my foot on the bow, I make sure its all tight.

And voila!! It is not as complicated as it sounds, and it can be
done.
